1. Follow the log in process
Currently enrolled students will use the CatsWeb login process, Net ID (XX####) with password or TXST ID (######) with pin. Former students, who's last semester of attendance was in 1983 or later, will use the last year of attendance, date of birth and social security number.
If you have difficulty logging in, please call (512) 245-2367 for assistance.
If your last semester of attendance was prior to 1983 you will need to submit a paper request form.
2. Enter your contact information
This is the information the Registrar's Office staff will need to contact you in case there is a problem with your request.
3. Select Delivery Method
You have three options:
Mail ($5.00)
Fax ($3.00)
Mail to Requestor's Address ($5.00)
*Note: If you need to mail your transcript to different addresses, you will be able to return to this page to place additional requests.
4. Select institution or specify mailing address
You have two options:
Send to a college or university in Texas by selecting name from the drop down menu
Send to specific address
5. Select the number of desired transcripts & Processing Option
You have three processing options:
Normal processing (processed in 2 business days)
Hold until current grades are posted (See dates)
Hold until degree is posted (processed after your degree is earned)
6. Verify your information on the request summary page
You have four options:
Make another request
Continue to Payment
Discard this Request (if information is incorrect)
Discard All Requests (if all your requests are incorrect)
7. Click on Continue to Payment if request summary is accurate
Enter Credit Card Information and click on Authorize Payment.
8. After your payment is processed you will see your receipt page and print this page for your records.
9. Online transcript requests will be processed within 2-3 business days
