This form allows you to check on the status of your official Texas State University transcript request. 

Online Requests:

Requests made online are usually processed and mailed out the following business day, unless you specifically request that it be processed after grades or degrees post.

In Person Requests:

Requests made in person are generally picked up by visiting our office, unless you specifically request that it be processed after grades or degrees post.

Please allow 4 hours before inquiring if a fax was received by our office. Requests that are faxed in normally take up to 5 business days, unless you specifially requested that it be processed after grades or degrees post.

Your inquiry will be reviewed shortly and we will contact you with a status on your request.  For your records, a copy of this request will be emailed to the address provided above.
